IT’S DOGS AND CATS AND MORE! PROVIDENCE, RI – The 12th Annual Rhode Island Pet Show and International Cat Association Cat Show, sponsored by PETCO and PETCO Foundation, returns to the Rhode Island Convention Center, March 12th and 13th, 2005. From dogs and cats to birds and bunnies, alligators and iguanas, there’s an animal for everyone to admire. The Rhode Island Pet Show features The AKC Parade of Purebred Dogs by the Canine Training Center; The International Cat Association Cat Show, with over 100 breeds of exotic and domestic purebred cats, The Rare and Ancient Dog Breed Show, featuring extremely rare breeds in live show competition, Dog Weight Pull Competition, Camic Farms Pony Rides, Rainforest Reptiles Show, Exotic Bird Show, Agility demonstrations by MasterPeace Dog Training, Police Protection Dog demonstrations by K9 Performance Plus and much more.
Also during the weekend, from Hillside Equestrian Meadows
meet equine stars Cupid and Arrow
and hear their incredible tale of love, compassion, hope and enlightenment.
Plus, meet Elaine Irvin host of the television show Animals
Everywhere. The Rhode Island Pet Show is produced by Osborne/Jenks Productions, Inc. and runs March 12th and 13th, 2005. Show hours are Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 6 pm. Tickets are available at the door. Bring one or more non-perishable dog/cat food items and get $1.00 off an adult admission price. All proceeds go to local animal rescues and shelters in Providence, courtesy of the Seekonk PETCO. Osborne Jenks Productions, Inc has more than 25 years
